Fayette County is in the south eastern part of Texas.
If you've not done so, this site is a good starting place for "free records".

Pick a state, then a county. Some counties have a ton of material, some have scant;but it's all based on user contributed records, so they have what researchers submit.
Rootsweb is another good free resource:

There are several entries for Parrie's family there too,in the "worldconnect" family trees.

is a subscription site, BUT, you can sign up as a registered user-free, which gaines you access to some of the databases, including the "public member trees",which is where I found the marriage date I sent before. Some trees have more information than others,but you can also click on the name of the owner of the tree, and send them a message for collaberation.
(In the 1900 census, Parrie and her family lived in Gillespie County,TX--these folks got around!)
Another cool place for information in Texas can be found on www.familysearch.org
It can be tricky to use this though--be patient for everything to load!(I tried just now, and it's down for maintance-drat!)
at the bottom left, click on "See prototype for searching millions of records"
and new window will open, and then:
place the name you seek in the appropriate boxes
use the drop down menu to pick "death/burial"
then place "Texas, United States" in the place box
this will take you to a list of names that match,or closely match. Some will be "Texas Death Index"-not very informative,but some will be Texas Death records-good stuff.
click on a name of choice,and the details for the record opens;click on the image of a certificate-upper right-and the death certificate will load;you can zoom,print,etc.
There also census records available there for Texas-choose that option.

pick a state and county to see if there are volunteers;if you find one, click on the name to email a request for the help they offer.
This site is great for finding cemetery records/photos of headstones--or to request a photo.
