Do you know anything about Ascension? Mother's maiden name, when and where born? This is a "possible" match. Combined information from CA Dth Idx and SSDI:

Mosqueda, Ascension, b 22 May 1941, AZ; d 27 Jan 1997, Los Angeles Co, CA; last residence Lynwood, Los Angeles Co, CA; mother Espinopza; SS card issued in CA.

On CA Dth Idx is name is spelled Ascencion.
