This is a long story. Hope it rings some bells and someone can tell me about this White family.
James William Jackson was killed by a train in Feb 1895 just outside Minerva, Milam Co while he was walking home. He was deaf and did not hear the unscheduled train. The family sued the railroad and in the transcripts of the case, his dau was listed as Mary Priest ( wife of Thomas Priest). She was supposedly disowned by the family for a child out of wedlock. I suppose this was a William White born ca 1896. Mary E. later m. a William White 12 May 1896. I would like to know more about this White family and what happened to Mary.
