I think we are both speaking of the same Henry Harrison Tye. However my information shows that he was buried in Greenfield, Missouri in the Daugherty cemetery there.
I really don't think he was buried in South Carolina as he was born in Ky. and moved to Missouri for the remainder of his life. There must be another Henry Harrison Tye.
(This Henry's birth date has been listed as 1815, 1816 and 1822.)
So far I have not found the date of his death. He is shown to have married his third wife, Mary A. Willis, April 25, 1887 so it was some time after that date. This is from the Dade County Missouri records.
Here is a link to the part of the page from Dade County Missouri from which I found Minnie and her father.

Also note that there is an Ella Tye mentioned too who was born June 1872. She probably was another daughter of his and Louisa Woodson.
Another puzzle is that Henry supposedly married Sarah Ann Tye, Sarah Louise Grady and Mary A Willis but there is noLouisa Woodson mentioned under his name.
Yet Minnie is listed as Louise's daughter by him?!?
Minnie Ann was born Sept.17, 1875 in Greene County, near Greenfield, Mo. and he had married her mother Louisa Woodson June 23, 1870.
He had divorced Sarah (Susan) Annearlier. She remarried a man by the name of Rutledge and moved to Arkansas. She and Henry Harrison Tye were my maternal GGGrandparents.
The info. about his being with the Quadrilles is not any information I have picked up. I did check about that in this book about them and did not fine a Tye listed, however I realize it could have been an incomplete list.

I do know that the family had held slaves and that they were against Lincoln's policies, thus the Union. Their daughter, Lucy Jane Tye was still very upset with Lincoln
when grown.
I have created a web page for our part of the Tye family. If you are interested you can go to http://train.missouri.org/~eljay/index.htmlhttp://train.missouri.org/~eljay/index.html
There is a picture there of Henry Harrison and his first wife, Sarah(Sally)Ann Tye.
This is probably more than you wanted to know but something may ring a bell here and someone might have more info. for us. Thanks
