The other witness, JOHN MACKMIOLL, was a son of Hugh Mackmioll:

John Smith, father of the Obediah Smith who married William Cocke's daughter Mary, was one of John Mackmioll's two guardians. See http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=draper1&id=I605http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=draper1&id=I605
Evidently, Anne Tye and Lambert Tye associated with the same families and were probably related, though the records don't show what the relationship might have been. She might have been his mother, his sister, his first wife, or some other relation.
