Hello Louisa,

Have just started on the TYERS family for a relative by marriage who is a granddaughter of EMMA ELLEN TYERS and
THOMAS HENRY MAUD. I have gone back as far as I can post-
1837 from the online records. As we both live a long way
from Leicestershire and Nottingham it will be difficult to
get to the local Records Offices to progress the pedigree.
Do you have other information ?

AUDREY SAVIDGE (nee Maud) is the duaghter of Thomas Henry
MAUD -m- Mabel Elizabeth HARRISON married 1932 Nottingham.

Emma Ellen TYERS -m- Thomas Henry MAUD 1906 Nottingham
and Emma Ellen was the daughter of Robert Henry B. (Barlow ?) TYERS born 1845/47 Leicester -m- Emma CHAPMAN
Dec Q GRO 1866 Leicester. Robert Henry B. TYERS was the son of William TYERS -m- Mary Ann Emma ? (might be Barlow). Robert Henry TYERS -m- Emma CHAPMAN had known
eight children.

I have only found four of the children of Emma Ellen TYERS and Thomas Henry Maud. Grace, James, Doris Emma and Thomas Henry MAUD. Can you tell me about the others please ?

Audrey Savidge(Maud) will be very interested to know you are researching the same family and you must be a cousin of hers. As the MAUDs and TYERS were prolific I will look at the pedigree and see where I can fit you in.

Joyce Clare
