Hello Deborah!

I feel sure this Nathan Udell was a son of John & Phebe (Bailey) Udell. Yes? If so, he was brother to my g.g. grandfather, Ansel Udell. Their family moved from PA to Jefferson, OH, in 1817.

I am writing with the hope that you have information about Phebe (Bailey) Udell's parents, siblings and ancestors. The Bailey line is proving to be elusive.

Are you aware of any relations (cousins, aunts, uncles) with the surname Devereaux? Hempstead?

Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated. I am willing to share what information I have on the Udall/Udell family.
