For all you Udy cousins out there in NZ, OZ, Canada, USA and of course Cornwall you have now found another cousin.
Anne Brokenshire was the sister of my GGG Grandfather James Brokenshire who married Thomasin Common. (Their parents were John Brokenshire and Anne Hawkey)
My G Grandfather (Hender Chapman) came to NZ around 1885 and died in Waihi in 1897.......
Would love to hear from cousins especially in NZ - I live in Christchurch but grew up in Wellington and know Udy St in Petone very well.........
