Hi, I also have a framed picture from john a uebel art & gilding shop in erie, pa. It's interesting, because i can find nothing regarding artist. there is second sticker from vilas-mages framing co in chicago. little info can be found on that either. it appears john uebel bought the art from vilas-mages and sold it in his art store. good luck and if i can be of help, please let me know.
