You may have to send over a portion of the book at a time due to the size of the files, or perhaps by chapter. Once you get it even if you save it as several different chapters, or whatever, then you can eventually put it all in to book form within MSWord. Even Word seemed to have its limitations on size when I worked with mine, however, and I did not have alarge book at all--only240 pages. The amount of memory, etc, that the indexing and table of contants takes is amazing. It takes awhile to work with it. I hope you can get it figured out. By the way...if you get that gettemp.rtf file, it is because you have tried it several times and you must go in and locate the gettemp.rtf and delete it prior to attempting to print again. Hope that helps.
