I am using UFT 2.7 and have run into a problem trying to make back up copies of all of my data. I keep getting a message that Windows does not recognize the hard drive. I have tried both floppy and CD and nothing will work.
I have tested the CD drive and all seems to be ok. It will work for other programs. I should add that I am using Windows XP and had to work to get UFT to even load when I transfered over to this computer from my old Windows 95.
Also, if I am able to get the CD to copy my work, will it copy just the data, or enough that I can give copies of the disk to other family members and they will be able to view my work?
Finally keep in mind that I am not a computer guru, just one who has had to learn everything the hard way by trial and error.
