How are you trying to back it up? Using the sqz option is the best route. That will save it to your hard drive (usually in C:UFT/Projects/*.sqz), then you can copy it from your hard drive to a CDIf you will contact me by email I can send you a pdf of an article we had on our website about backing up. Maybe that will help you.

In order to get your info to a CD to share with other family members you will have to actually create something from another program, I think. Not sure, but you might be able to do a web page and go from there. I've never really done this. So I'm sure someone else can help with that answer.
