William G. Jolliffe, Baron Hylton 1st

I am trying to trace descendents of William
G. Jolliffe, b Dec. 7th, 1800, d Dec. 1st, 1876. Acceded to title July 19th, 1866,
married Eleanor Paget Oct. 8th, 1825.
William was a Hussar and served at the Peterloo Massacre in 1819. He subsequently became an MP for Petersfield, Hampshire before acceding to the title Baron Hylton.
I have a portrait that MAY be of him but it has no artist's signature or date.It has a pair, that of a lady, presumably his wife. William's father was the Rev. William Jolliffe, a partner in the firm of Jolliffe and Banks, contractors who built London Bridge, among other notable structures. Sir Edward Banks was my gt. x 4 grandfather, so it is possible that a Jolliffe painting ended up with our family portraits. Any information would be much appreciated.
