No relation.
I did some checking and found the death ref record for a
FRANCIS A. TANNER. died 1886 . Death reg'd in Glebe, Sydney.
Father: Arthur W. Mother: Emily J.
If you wish to order a copy of the death cert you will need to supply the following details=
