The family is born in Bischofteinitz (Horsovsky Tyn-Czech
Rep). In 1857 this little town belonged still to Austria.
One additional information:
Alois Ullrich wrote on 24th Feb. 1873 a letter to my great-grandfather. This letter were written on a letter head
of John Traudt, Fancy & Staple Dry Goods, No. 296 West Water Street, Milwaukee USA. Thereby Alois obviously changed his name to Luis or Louis Ullrich.
Hermann A. Ullrich
