Samuel was also my grandfather. My mother was Goldie Kathryn in place of Golda.

I have been trying to confirm the information that John Harding, the father of Susan Harding as the story goes had a brother who was the grandfather of Pres. Warren G. Harding.Ē
This information has not been verified but dates makes one question it. From Records located on Pres. Warren G. Harding, the name of his brother would have been Charles Alexander Harding, born 8 April 1820. His father which would also be Johnís father was George Tyron Harding. Born 15 June 1790 in Pittston, Luzerne Co., PA. and died 9 January 1860 in Blooming Grove, Ohio. He married on 1 May 1816 in Clifford, Ohio, Elizabeth Madison born 26 July 1800 in Clifford, Luzerne Co., PA. and died 6 February 1866 in Blooming Grove, Ohio. Susanís father, John was to have been born in 1784. The father of Charles Alexander Harding was born 15 June 1790, which was after Susanís father, John was born. There is no way for this to be correct information. If it had been Pres. Harding, Great-grandfather who was the brother of Susanís father then it may have been possible.
