Death Claims Mrs. Margaret E. Doza at Age of 85
Margaret E. Doza entered into rest at her home in St. Marys on Dec. 15, 1950 at 1:55 p.m. following a long illness. She was 85 years, 3 months, and 28 days of age. Her husband, William Doza, preceded her in death.
Three children survive. They are Beatrice (Mrs. Al Fritchy), Heldsburg, Calif., Ada (Mrs. W. Donn Hayes), North Hollywood, Calif., Sister Mary Julianna, Ursuline Order, St. Marys, Mo.
The departed woman was born Aug. 17, 1865 at Kaskaskia.
Remains rested in state at the Basler Chapel in St. Marys until Dec. 19 at 9 a.m. when services were held in the Immaculate Conception church at St. Marys with Reb. Father Monyhan officiating. Burial was at St. Marys.
She was a member of the alter Sodality, and St. Ann’s Sodality.
