Hi,

I'm trying to find information on Charles Herman Unger, I know he was born in California on the 15th of Feb 1896. I believe he served in World War One, World War two where he received a Distinguished Service Medal and Legion of Merit. While serving as a Colonel in Korea he was Killed, I believe it was non-hostile.

I think his parents were Harry Herman Unger and Augusta Leonora Harris, Harry was born in Germany and Augusta was born in 1868 in North Carolina.

Any information would be great

Regards,
Kerry Bulow
