I hope by now, you have had success with finding out about
Daniel Unruh.
I looked up this name on the passenger ship list index.
Found (3) Daniels on three different ships.
One was age 53, another 7 months. I don't have the names of the ships they came on, as I xeroxed only the pages that I was researching. However, I found a Daniel Unruth (last name mispelled) age 15/ miner on the City of London 11/18/1874. He was with his parents and siblings. Let me know if you need details. He surely could not have had a child born ca 1870, unless his age was given incorrectly, and it doesn't show him as being married.
