Fred,
According to a newly discovered document, it appears that the name was just "Urban" over there as well! This would have been my great-grandfather's time period, he was born about 1892, the travel paper is dated 1913. I have a professor translating the rest of the document, all i have are the names so far: Osip Yakovlev Urban. I am told that that means it it Osip's paper, and he is the son of Yakov. I hope to find out more when the rest of the paper is translated!
