Thanks for your advice. I will be checking into those other areas in hopes of finding more.
Since posting my message I have found, that my grandmothers fathers name is listed as Stephen. I have found that according to records that Stephen was born in Ny. and his paretns in Poland but spoke German, same goes for Victoria.Stephen was born about 1892 and Victoria about 1896. They had three children Helen, Filip, Florence

Oh and for the vital records fee they charge now days .. I know. I was so mad I wrote a letter to the governer , they say it is the first increase in 10yrs and the money goes towards taking care of the records....whatever.
