Hello C. Dale Miller,
My name is Michelle Marquez. I am looking for info to my grandmothers lineage. You asked if there were any Urban's in New Mexico, well I do have a little info. My grandmother Hila Marquez, born (((Gila Zamora))), had a big family with my grandfather Margarito. My g-ma and I were very, very close, I can't remember at what age I was, when she let me know that my uncle Frank Marquez, really was not my grandfathers son. The whole family had already known about this. Anyways to get to why I replied, I was going over the marrige licenses for Eddy County, New Mexico
I did find my grandparents names, but I also found that she married one Joe Urban, first. Also that there was a Joe or Jose Urban that had died the next year along with another Urban. The reason I know that is that I found their names in the court records for probate. I sure hope this helps you, if you receive this reply. By the way my uncle Frank is still alive.
