3 data bases on RWWC have him married to Roxana.

One says he was born abt 1887 in Ohio. This is the only one close in Ohio on the 1900 census. It might be him, it might not. He's one of two Chester Urbans in the index born 1872 - 1882. The other is in Pennsylvania, married to a lady named Milligan. Your Chester may be hiding out under "C. A." or "Arthur" or "Bubba", if he is from Alabama.
