I have found Urda to be in many places. I did not realize that there was an URDA Romaina. There is an URDA, Spain located just south of Toledo. There is also and URDA in Uzbekistan. URDA is found in Norse Mythology. There is an URDA moth and also URDA marble. There is a St. Urda referred to in a game. Check out my website for more on URDA's
