Hi Claudia!I just happened to look up Urey Family under the search engine and found this forum.I don't know too much about family back in Bolivia - but do have this information. It's nice to know there are more Bolivian Urey's than Philadelphia Urey's.My grandfather was Jose Urey married to Carmen Macias. Both born in Cochabamba, where they extended their family to - Moises, Simon, Christina, Marina and Orlando (my father).Orlando was the first to come to the U.S. in the mid 60's.From what I have been told, Urey came from a great great grandfather who came from Holand during WW1 and married a Bolivian woman. Therefore, Urey is Dutch. Also, I must add, on my father's side almost all the Urey's are fair skinned and blue eyed.I will mostlikely drill my father for more family information and see what we can come up with.
I sure hope to hear from you soon.
Take care .... Claud
