I'm looking for any information on my g,g,grandfather James Eurick latter spelled Urick and his parents. James was born about 1849 - 1850 in Ohio, could be Butler County. James may have been the son of Michael and Matilda Eurick (michael's surname was spelled Emerick in 1850, Emrick in 1860 and Eurick in the 1870 Federal census, Butler County, Ohio. According to census dicuments Michael and Matilda did have a son named James born in 1849.
Our James married Martha A. Everhart on 18 Feb 1872 in Adams County Indiana. James last name on the marriage document is spelled Urick. Chidren of James and Martha were: Jacob F., David M., John H., and Ella Urick.

James, Martha and family can be found in the 1880 census, 1st Ward, Van Wert. Ohio, page 332D. Family name spelled Eurick and Included:
James 30 born in Ohio
Martha 25 born in Indiana
David M. 7 born in Ohio
John H. 4, born in Ohio
Ella 4, born in Ohio
Jacob F. 1 born in Ohio (my Great Grandfather)
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance
