Phillips Company, AR Vols...

Hey Group,

I lost my post in the mix, so I hope this information doesn't post again.

My 3rd Gr-Grandad Josiah Kellett was born in TN in 1815. He lived most his life in Lawrence and Sharp Counties in Arkansas. He died Nov 8, 1891 in Oregon Co, MO. Just over the Arkansas Line.

For years I have been trying to locate his Military Records. I have even sent for them in Washington DC, but they can't find anything. All I have on my 3rd Gr-Grandad is this information.

KELLET, JOSIAH, SA-23011, 5 AUG 1890, MO, WA-10460, SRV IN PHILLIPS'CO, ARKANSAS VOLS.

This is one subject, that I'm not familiar with. I don't know if he served in peace time, The Mexican War or Seminole War.
I'm hoping someone is familiar with Phillips Company, Arkansas Vols.

I would appreciate any help, that anyone can give. Like I said before, this is one that I'm at a loss.

Thank ya much...
Josiah JB Kellett...
