Mathew Francisco, 1849 Ohio( Company F, Commanded by Cap't. Ferguson, 2nd Regiment, Ohio Vols, Commanded by Col. Irvin) died in Jan. 1849. Was he a POW? died of wounds? Did his widow, Eleanor file for his pension/death benefits?
