Geri:
as a child I visited a gravesite of one of my mother's ancestors who lived in or near Carroll Co VA. I remember seeing Mexican-American War inscribed on the gravestone.

Can you advise me how to/or can you perform a search on my behalf for the man? I can narrow the choices down to a few men. Some lived in nearby counties of Patrick or Wythe.

They would be:

William Willard

John Reynolds

William Gardner

Robert Coleman

Thomas Shelton

Thank you for your assistance.

Shelton Wood
