Moses Johnson

I'm trying to find out if the Moses Johnson listed on a site I found some time ago about the Mexican War is my Moses. This is the note I kept:
"Moses Johnson listed as being in the Mexican War (1846-48). He enlisted in Alton, IL in 1847, was discharged in New Orleans and in the next column it says disablility"

His wife's name might be Mariah or Mary. My Moses was in Bethany, Harrison Co., MO in 1870 and had a son Abner who was 11 yrs. old born in Texas and a daughter Eliza born in IL.
