I don't know where Charles enlisted for this war, but he was born in Ohio, so I hope he would be in the Ohio rosters. To my knowledge, he was not an officer. The family story is that he received a wound in his side. If anyone could do a search for me, I would appreciate any information. He was born in 1816. I don't know where in Ohio.
