2nd Ohio Company H

According to the family, Jacob Taylor was a Lt. in the 2nd Ohio Volunteers Company H. It was proven well enough that the government paid for a grave marker.
Does anyone have any records for him?
He died in Morgantown, Morgan County, Ind. 1898.
His widow was Sarah Emeline

Thanks!
Jeanne
