James H. Morrison; which state did he serve from?

James H. Morrison says he was "cut in the forehead by a lance at Cerro Gordo."

Can someone do a lookup and tell me which state he served from?

He was born in PA but ended up in Missouri by 1860.

Thanks for any help.
