Go to http://geonames.usgs.gov/pls/gnispublic/f?p=135:1:14170238772011873608::NO::: and type in ONLY
Best for the "Feature Name" then select UT (state) and Garfield (county).

Once the description appears, click on the name. You can see the actual location of the spring, using several maps offered on the right side of the page.
