There are no other Schneiders in that cemetery who were born later than Eva.
In the 1930 census, Eva and family lived in S. San Francisco, San Mateo, CA. She had a brother "Altino", age 9, but on the census page it looks more like Arturo or Arthur.
In 2006, there was an Arthur Riccomini, age 85, in S. San Francisco, CA. Possible spouse is Teresa, age 80. Check http://www.switchboard.com for their address. An old white page listing shows their address as 504 Rocca Avenue.
