You may already have found this information but just in case. Both Lehi and Georgianna were said to be married (not sure if to each other but highly likely) as shown and were in the same state in the 1920 census and Virginia (3 years 9 1/2 months old) is mentioned as living with Georgianna then.

Have you written for a birth certificate from UT? I would guess that she was probably born there...or...try WA state as well. I believe that the state of WA will refund your money if they do not find it.
