I saw that Charles, also, and certainly the listed age of that J. P. Jensen could make Charles a son. So I almost dismissed the 1920 J. P. Jensens as not ours. But everything else looks so good, except for the ages. Here are our J. P. Jensens: EMIGRATION FROM THE SCANDINAVIAN MISSION 1867-1881(6) Film #025696 http://myweb.cableone.net/really/emig1867.htm Jens Peder Jensen 31 Kirstine Marie Jensen 30 Jorgen Peder Jensen 4 Hedvig Kirstine Jensen 4 Wilhelmine Jensen 4 Marie Jensen 2 [Aarhus Conf. 7 Sep 1878 on "Wyoming", Emig.S.M.- film 025696] In the 1880 Utah Census we have Jenson, I P 33; Catherina, 31, Peter, 9, Christenia, 7, Whillemina, 5, Marie, 3, and infant Nicolenea, 1. Also in the 1880 Utah>Juab>Nephi is Jenson, Christianson, 29, and Jenson, Anna M. 29. In July 1884 TC registers in Copenhagen himself,33, wife Ane, 32, son, Martin, 2, son Peter, 3 months, RESIDENTS of Amerika. In 1894 Martin and Peter's mother died and is buried as Kirsten Ostergard (TC had died in about 1888) and she remarried) b. April 7, 1851. Ane Margrethe's birthday was June 17, 1851. She and TC were marrried Dec. 17, 1877. A 14 day old son died in 1879. Then they disappear from Denmark records until the ship registration. I could not find either J. P. Jensen in a 1930 Canyon, Idaho search. Thanks for all your hard work. Sylvia Notify Administrator about this message?
