Dee Dee,
I have an Ora,1790, and Polly,1788, "Millard", both born Saratoga county, NY. they were married in Tioga county, PA. cir.1811. both d. after 1860 in Walworth county, WI. Their only child I can find for sure was William Montgomery Millard, b. 1816 in Lawrenceville, Tioga, PA. He married Catherine Eliza McCarn, b.1814 in Canajoharie,NY, in 1836 in Gratondale, NY.
Ora and Polly, Wm. Montgomery, Catherine and daughter, Louisa Janet, b. 1838 in Bingham, Potter, PA, turned up in WI cir.1840. In 1853 Louisa Janet married Seth Fitch, b. 1817 in Scipio, Cayuga, NY. they mar. in Milwaukee, WI and were my gg grandparents. Catherine d. 1884 and one daughter d. 1862 at 5 years 5 mo. of age. Both bur. Muckwanago, Waukesha, WI. Wm. Montgomery d. after 1886 in San Francisco, CA. Have not found his grave yet.
I will be in WI in June this year to see what else I can dredge up, including photo's of these grave marker's. If we can make a connection amonst these names will be able to e-mail photo's...Lawrence Fitch, Highland, UT
