My grandfather, Joseph Thomas Uttley, was brought to Canada in 1901 under the Waifs and Strays Act. I know very little of his family in England, but do know he had a sister named Alice Uttley. I have obtained my grandfather's file from Barnardos but would love to find any relatives in England.
