Seeking info on William Chick (& wife) who moved to Charlotte Co. around 1820 to 1825 from South Carolina. Chick family originally from Hanover & Louisa Cos., Va. He's son of Burwell Chick, grandson of William Chick & Jane Ragland. William married Lucy Ann Townes daughter of John Townes & Lucy Cook (father Raines Cook). William & Lucy had at least one daughter, Martha Ann Chick ( b. 1828), who moved to Tenn.
