Where's Corrnwall Parish?

A Robert Templeton is on the 1764 list of tithables in Cornwall Parish, Lunenburg Co.-- which included Charlotte Co.
Since a Robert shows up in Charlotte Co. in 1768, I'm guessing that Cornwall Parish was in Charlotte Co. & hoping someone might know it's location.
Any help appreciated.
