Jack,
Cornwall Parish and Charlotte county are one and the same. Louse Creek is located in the western part of Charlotte county, about 1 mile east of the town of Aspenwall (search on Yahoo Maps or Google maps). It is a tributary of Cub Creek, which empties into the Staunton (Roanoke) River. The Staunton (Roanoke) River forms part of the boundry between Charlotte and Halifax counties.
