That info was obtained from a book at the Chillicothe Ohio Library entitled "Virginia Revolutionary War Land Grant Claims 1783 - 1850 (Rejected). It is on page 2 which I copied. It is under Col.Morgan Alexander. I would be glad to send you a copy.I'll be posting to #19 too.

I know your line descends from Bartholomew Anderson on which I have done quite a bit of research. I would like to compare notes if that's agreeable to you.I am very interested in his sons,John & Cornelius. I have Joseph Edward as "son & heir" - first born. Is that correct?
