Have you checked the records and it's not there? You might also check the Winchester City records. If he lived in Winchester his will may have been probated there. The Frederick Co. & Winchester City will books are on microfilm at Handley Regional Library, and also the film can be rented on inter-library loan from the Va. State Library. Also Handley has a list of researchers in the area who might be able to search for you if you live away. Good luck.
