The only entry I can find among wills of Fauquier Co. VA 1800-1865 is
Lucy Malvin as daughter of Samuel Johnson's will of 1842 (probated). Names her children as: Sam, Becky & Thornton Withers.These children are referred in his will as "now my property & slaves"
Also there are entries for the surname Malvin in births (some White & Black), death (all Black) & marriages (Black) of Fauquier Co. VA.
