I found this para in a book about Fauquier County and the following is the only reference to Weaver. "Among the early settlers were some of the most adventuresome spirits from the Germanna community on Licking Run. Among those to secure land from the Charles Burgess 1731 grant were Jacob and Tillman Weaver March 28, 1741, 538 acres on some of the branches of Crummie's adjoining Ball's Land. The Weavers, however, never lived on the tract and the property eventually passed to John Rector, another decendant of Germanna." Not much, but every little bit helps complete the puzzle.
