Now know for a fact that John & Catherine were husband & wife.

Found another land deed which stated that Hezekiah & John Ball sold lands their mother (not named but know was Sarah (MacNeil) Ball)devised from Edward Dulin.

I think that John MacNeil was married twice the mother of his daughter Sarah who married David Ball, had some relationship with the Dulin family.
