I don't see a Bowers Hill in Fauquier County. There is a Bowers Run Drive just north of Bealeton in Fauquier County.
The only Bowers Hill I see on the Virginia map in within the boundaries of the city of Chesapeake. You could look on the Geographic Names Information Server on the web to see if there are any other locations by that name.
