David Flint in Robert Sanford's 1781 will

I am interested in learning about the David Flint who was named in the 1781 will of Robert Sanford in Halifax County. (will book 1, page 402)
I would also be grateful for a transcription of the will. The microfilm page is so faded and blurry that I can’t read all of it. I am hoping someone with better eyes or a better understanding of the family and the way people wrote can help. The name David Flint, though, is quite clear.
Robert Sanford was married to Kerenhappuch Turner. She was mentioned in the will. It also mentioned Robert’s brother-in-law James Turner and his wife’s brother-in-law James Smith. Actually, it was to the children of Flint, Turner and Smith that Robert left property.
In that context, David Flint is probably another brother-in law, but I can’t find any connection. Does anyone reading this forum know? I’d appreciate information about how he was related.
Walter
