Hello Carolee, My Salmon has some Owen connections. However I have not traced it very far back. We are related in the present generation. What I have is this:
Lydia Seawood Nichols (b.1909 d.1986)in Halifax Co. was the daughter of Bertha Betty Salmon and Lucas Carrington Nichols. She married Howard Watkins Owen (b.1917) son of Kate Palmer and John M. Owen. I have no information beyond John M. Owen. Howard is still living but not in good health. Howard's daughter Hazel lives near Richmond.
